Credit Reporting Bodies (CRBs) to obtain credit reports for preliminary consumer credit or guarantor assessments.

Credit Providers to apply for credit on your behalf.
Salary Packaging Providers for specialized salary packaging options.
Vehicle Sourcing Agents for vehicle procurement services.

Verify your identity electronically via document issuers or official records in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 and the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.
Use electronic communications (under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999) to send documents and notices, acknowledging paper copies may no longer be provided.
Disclose information to service providers (lawyers, IT consultants, mailing houses, auditors, system administrators).
Disclose details to entities acquiring an interest in our business or contracts.
Record phone calls for quality assurance unless requested otherwise.
